1. Digital delivery only — no physical shipping
Every product sold on interiordecordesigns.in (e-books, calculators and bundles) is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
2. How and when you receive your purchase
- Instantly on payment: as soon as your Razorpay payment succeeds, you are taken to a secure download page for your files.
- By email: the same secure download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
3. Download validity
Download links remain active for 7 days from purchase and allow multiple downloads, so you can save the files on your phone, tablet and computer. Save your files somewhere safe. If your link expires before you could download, email us and we will re-activate it free of charge.
4. Didn't receive your download?
First check your spam/promotions folder for an email from Interior Decor Designs. If it isn't there within 15 minutes of payment, email info@interiordecordesigns.in with your payment reference — we will resend the link or refund you (see our Refund Policy).
5. Lead delivery (for professionals)
Purchased leads are delivered instantly to your dashboard, and by email and WhatsApp where configured, the moment your purchase completes.
