An exclusive lead is sold to only you. A shared lead is sold to a maximum of 3 professionals at roughly half the price — never more than 3.
What if a lead turns out to be fake?＋
Report it within 48 hours (wrong number, wrong city, no intent) and after review we replace it with a new lead free of charge.
Do you charge commission on projects?＋
Never. You pay only for the lead. Whatever you quote and earn from the client is entirely yours.
